Powers on. Judging from the screw heads it appears new. Under the sticker that says ISEINC you can see a P6011. I've built a few things for myself with PID controllers. I'm a little uncertain how much this thing is worth. It seems a lot nicer than any I've ever used. All items are sold as pictured. No local pickup. I try to ship within 24 hours when possible but will always ship within 2 business days. Most of my listings are 'Standard Shipping' which in my case could mean Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
